About your coach

Samuel Robertson, founder of Paisley Performance

Hi, I’m Samuel Robertson. I hold an MSc in Psychology and I’m certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in personal training and nutrition. With 10 years of experience as both an athlete and a coach, I help people train, eat and think like athletes. I’m a competitive bodybuilder and Muay Thai athlete, and I love soccer, so I know first-hand what it takes to prepare for competition.

“Most athletes are not held back by their program. They are held back by what they eat, how they sleep or what they tell themselves. I coach all three.”
